Where are you based and do you have a store?
We are based in Auckland, New Zealand. M-Caps are only available for purchase from www.omgtea.com.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within NZ and to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and most countries in Europe.
How long does shipping take?
New Zealand orders are shipped with Courier Post and should arrive within 2 business days. Orders to RD addresses may take up to 5 business days to arrive. All orders within New Zealand are tracked and you will be sent a tracking number when your order is shipped. International orders generally arrive in 5 - 10 business days. International orders may take longer if stopped by customs for inspection.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within New Zealand is NZ$4.00. Orders placed between midday Friday and midnight Sunday will be shipped the following business day. International shipping is a flat rate of NZ$5.00 per order. As at 6pm on 19 April 2017, NZ$5 = AU$4.60, US$3.50, €3.30, £2.85.
Are M-Caps safe to consume if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Definitely! All M-Caps branded products are safe to consume if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Can I take more than 2 capsules per day?
Absolutely! It is safe to consume up to 4 M-Caps Daily capsules. We generally recommend limiting consumption of M-Caps Plus to 2 capsules per day.
How long does it take to feel the effects?
You should feel the effects about 5 minutes after taking one capsule. The effects may be quite subtle and you shouldn’t feel a burst of energy. Since everyone is different, you may require 2 capsules at one time to feel the full effects.
Do M-Caps contain caffeine?
Yes. Each matcha capsule contains about 17.5mg of caffeine that is naturally occurring in matcha green tea. The recommended daily dosage is two capsules, so you would end up consuming about 30-35mg of caffeine in a day. This is far lower than the caffeine found in a standard cup of coffee (80mg-120mg) and is similar to what you would find in a cup of black tea (20mg-30mg). The recommended upper caffeine limit if you are pregnant and breastfeeding is about 200mg per day, so it certainly falls well within this limit.
